PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Each project is handled by our experienced Project Engineers. They work in tandem with our Engineers and Designers to give the best to our clients. These Engineers make sure that the project is delivered safely, on time and to budget.
DESIGN
Equipment and processes are designed in-house by our experienced Process and Design Engineers using both licensed software as well as our proprietary systems. Our extensive knowledge of various processes ensures that JAPRO can supply cost-effective solutions for highly complex problems.
FABRICATION
At JAPRO, fabricators are selected to suit project requirements. Our contractors are selected on the basis of their quality of fabrication, knowledge of specifications and codes and the ability to deliver on time.
QUALITY
At JAPRO, we are fully committed to quality, right from designing to drafting and fabrication to commissioning, ensuring stringent quality checks. All our contractors are approved by respective Government Inspectorates or agencies. We have procedures in place for all aspects of turnkey implementation. For all fabricated components, an individual inspection and control procedure is adopted and every stage of fabrication is monitored closely by JAPRO’s Engineers. It has always been our policy to employ an independent third party inspection agency for all critical equipment.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Our job does not end with the commissioning of the project. We, at JAPRO believe in building relations. We provide in-plant training and classroom tutorials. We stock large varieties of spare parts and provide a full spares service.
